For for-sale properties, we use the Theta Z1 3D camera and scans processed by Matterport to create immersive walkthrough tours.
Tours are hosted by Matterport, which charges a monthly hosting fee. Our price includes 30 days of complimentary tour hosting. After 30 days, depending on your preference, we can either (a) delete the tour, (b) continue hosting the tour for $18/month or (c) transfer the tour to your own Matterport account. You will need a paid Matterport account to continue hosting a live tour in your own.
