Price of a Matterport virtual tour of a commercial real estate property depends on the property’s size and layout. Please reach out to us for a custom quote.
For example, a 25,000 sq ft commercial building with 2 floors takes 8 to 11 hours to scan. The fee is $2,500 for 8 hours of scanning and then $100/hour for additional time.
The Matterport 3D virtual tour is hosted by Matterport, which charges a monthly hosting fee. Price include tour hosting for 60 days, within which time we will transfer the tour to your account.
