Why choose us?
Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a small media team of photographers, videographers, and editors who focus on vacation, short-term and long-term rental properties. We approach rental photography as its own craft: the goal isn’t just to show rooms, but to show what it feels like to stay there. You are investing in photos you are likely to use for years, so we put extra care into details, consistency, and a clean, realistic look.
Photographing a vacation or long-term rental is different than photographing a home for sale. Along with showcasing the layout and rooms, we pay attention to atmosphere and use: who the space is for, what a guest actually experiences during a stay, and which amenities and features matter most (views, outdoor areas, workspaces, kid-friendly setup, hot tub, game room, etc.). The intent is to help a guest quickly understand the character of the place – cozy, elegant, playful, minimalist, eclectic – without guessing.
We also do a quick “camera-ready” pass before we start shooting. We don’t deep-clean or stage a property, but we will put in a bit of hands-on effort to make each space look its best on camera. That usually means small, fast fixes that have a big impact in photos: straightening bedding, aligning chairs, tidying a countertop, hiding stray cords, turning labels and clutter out of view, adjusting pillows/throws, smoothing a rug, closing a cabinet door that’s drifting open, or moving a trash can out of frame.
For lighting, we use a multi-light setup to make interiors brighter, balance window light, and reduce color casts from mixed bulbs and daylight. We also use high-quality lenses to keep images sharp and true to the space, with careful framing so lines stay straight and rooms feel natural rather than stretched.
