Virtual Staging for Real Estate and Rentals
We can bring your vacant home to life with virtual furniture and décor in the style of your choice.
In a competitive real estate market, empty rooms can feel cold and uninspiring in photos. If you want buyers or renters to see a property’s full potential, virtual staging is a smart, cost-effective solution. Using professional software, we add photo-realistic furniture, art, and accessories directly into your images of vacant rooms.
We offer six distinct furniture and décor styles: from clean and modern to warm and traditional, so the images match the property’s architecture and your target audience. The results are highly realistic and practically indistinguishable from real staging.
Virtual staging helps viewers imagine how they might live in the space, making your listing more inviting and easier to remember. You get the visual impact of a fully furnished home at a fraction of the cost, time, and effort of physical staging. No furniture rentals, no movers, and no scheduling headaches.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
How much does virtual staging cost?
Please see our pricing page.
-
How long does it take to stage a photo virtually?
Virtual staging takes business days after we receive your order form and payment.
-
Which rooms should I stage?
To let your potential buyers or renters imagine what your space can offer, you want to stage the most used and important areas of the house. We recommend staging the living/family room, the formal dining room and the primary bedroom. Special-use spaces, like the home office, a study, an entertainment room or a home theater, would be good candidates for staging as well but are not as important.
Small rooms, like secondary bedrooms, are not necessary to stage, since virtual furniture would make the rooms look even smaller. There is not much staging that can be done to bathrooms or close-ups of kitchen photos, so skip staging them as well.

How do I request virtual staging?
1. Select “virtual staging” when booking a shoot.
2. After the shoot, we send you edited but unstaged photos along with the virtual staging order form.
3. Select the photos you want us to stage and the furniture style on the order form.
4. We invoice you for virtual staging. Once the invoice is paid, our virtual stager will stage your selected photos.
5. We are always happy to make adjustments to your staged photos.
Should I stage my empty house?
After photography, staging is one of the easiest ways to add value to a listing and get more people looking at it. Staging focuses on the potential, not the present.
Help your buyers imagine how they would feel inside your house, what possibilities it offers. Illustrate what the property can offer without requiring a complete makeover. A well-staged home ensures that buyers see it in its very best light. In an industry where making a great first impression makes all the difference, it’s easy to see how staging has become an integral part of the selling process.
Why stage virtually?
Staging a house with real furniture and decor typically costs several thousand dollars. It takes time to arrange for the stager’s appointment. At the peak of the season, it can take weeks to get a house staged.
Virtual staging is a minuscule fraction of that cost and takes only a couple of days to do. Time and money saved!
